This is the best face wash I’ve used,

I just want to say that not only is this face wash really great, so is the customer service. I bought another bottle of face wash this weekend and it arrived today. When I saw the product I noticed the consistency looked watered down. Usually the face wash is slow moving the the bottle, but this one was very fluid. I wanted to know if they changed the formula so I sent the owner of the company, Kenny, an email. He responded to my email promptly and explained that the formula didn’t change, but the consistency of one of the ingredients was off. He was nice enough to offer a replacement bottle and I am very pleased with how things were handled.
