Make an aspirin mask. Crush up aspirin, mix with water until it looks like a paste. And apply to the areas with acne.

Mix 2 parts salt and 1 part water. Rub it on your face with a cloth and leave it there for 10 minutes. Because there is more salt than water, it is a hypertonic solution. The oils/whatever is in the zits diffuses across the skin to achieve equilibrium (equal liquid on either side of the membrane (your skin)). This process is called osmosis.
