is it acne,red rash small spots blackheads that’s hormonal,i had 2or3 spots at any given time from 15 to 26,i could tell that it wasn’t hormonal.maybe 1 or 2 sometimes 4 or 5 and sometimes real big deep spots,i had enough of doc’s &derm’s,they couldn’t do,anything(they just didn’t have a clue) and i sure wasn’t going to accept spots for the rest of my life.
So accept that it’s not hormonal or your spots think it’s a nice sunny day i’ll think i’ll pop outside for a few day’s.I was determined to find out why me and not everyone else and i found the answer,took about 3 years,but know i have a clear complexion,a few scars but not to bad and i have long forgotten the days i felt a ping and a new spot emerging,i new every spot i had personally and rubbing cream on a rounded spot was horrible and looking in the mirror every morning and about every hour in the evening was SOOO depressing.
So what did i do,was it the washing powder,no,the soap,no,water,no,the creams making it worse,no but it didn’t help,the sun.or not the sun,no,air conditioning,exhaust fumes,microwave leaking,no,dirt hidden under my finger nails,no,RIGHT maybe it’s something i’m eating,can’t be the derm and doc so don’t be stupid,wrong,
I’M ALLERGIC TO A FOOD COLORING&FLAVOURING INGREDIENT and i can prove it,when i don’t eat certain foods i don’t get spot’s when i do,i get spots(took 3 years but i’m there)
So over the next 20 years of my life,occasional out break,i know for definite what foods to avoid,e-mail me,profile page,if you want or believe the derm&doc and enjoy many many years company with your spots and the thousand of spots ready to invade,watch this space(your face.

As of late, it seems as though my skin has been breaking out more than usual. (I’m also Asian, by the way, if that helps.) I currently use Proactive, but I feel like it’s not helping me that much. I don’t have heavy pimples/acne, just little ones in the T-zone.
I’ve been stressing lately, which could be affecting my skin. Also, not getting proper amounts of sleep doesn’t help, right? It gets really oily…My dad was like, “Are you sweaty?” I said, “No…just oily…*wah*”
What can I do and use to help my skin? (Are there Asian skin products I should use perhaps?)

Can you see a dermatologist? If not, you can ask in a section of the dept. store where they sell all sorts of skin products, you know in a place where the sales-person helps people with that kind of thing. They have this service at Capwell’s in Richmond, CA for instance.

A lot of the time,the reason for acne explosions are puberty/lack of exercise.If you have a really oily skin and new zits are constantly popping up,my remedy is to not buy any acne products;because as good and as potent as they are,they ALWAYS have side-effects.I used Proactive once and all it did was make my skin around my ENTIRE face shed.If I were you I would exercise constantly and the acne should go away on it’s own.

Honestly, I feel that those kind of acne products really don’t help me at all. So, instead, try do a bit of digging around on the internet to find something. These items almost always work better than the products you’ve listed. The things I have found that improve my acne are:
Acne Free – I found that this product was MILES better than Proactiv
Skin Doctors Zit Zpper – Apply this on affected areas before you go to sleep, This dries out the spots and makes them a lot smaller in size and also reduces the redness of pimples.
PanOxyl – this stuff is really good! It makes your skin a lot less greasy and oily.
UltraClear – this cream is the BOMB! It is doing great stuff for my skin.
