It doesn’t effectively remove blackheads. You can’t use it to dry your pimples up. Just use Panoxyl and it will automatically dry up and you can peel it in a matter of days.

I got it online. I don’t think it’s available at ELF counters. You can try the NYX HD primer which is mattifying. NYX products can be found at Pure Beauty Serendra in Makati 🙂
