good cleanser and moisturizer for oily skin, and occasional breakout?

Question by sweetygirl: good cleanser and moisturizer for oily skin, and occasional breakout?
I have REALLY oily skin. When i wake up in the morning and look in the miror my face is like a grease pan. Its so disgusting and that the main reason why i breakout because of the excess oil. I switched to neutrogena deep cleansing or whatever its called and it made my face even oiler. Neutrogena products just don’t work for me. I tried a lot of them. Does anyone know a good, fair price, cleanser that helps oil and occasional breakouts? oh and a good, light, oil free moisturizer? thanks!

Olive Oil Sugar Scrub.

Ingredients

-3 tablespoons of EXTRA Virgin Olive Oil – Must be extra virgin.

-1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar

-2 tablespoons of Honey – Any honey is fine, and if you are allergic to honey, DO NOT use it! Substitute it with aloe vera.

Mix it all together in a plastic container with a lid (that way you can save the rest for next time).

The mixture should not be too liquidy, oily or grainy. It should feel mushy, depending on what honey, sugar or olive oil you have. It should have a mushy consistency.

Wash your face with your regular cleansers.

Then apply this mixture on your face, evenly exfoliating your skin. The sugar will remove dead skin cells and the olive oil and honey will nourish your skin keeping it moisturized. I say leave this treatment on for 2 minutes.

Wash your face with warm water.

Pay dry and treat and moisturize your face.

Your skin should not feel slippery or oily, if it does you added way too much olive oil. It should feel soft and moisturized. You should automatically see a glow in your skin due to the honey and olive oil.

If you dont drink a lot of water, you should! Also, if you go to an aesthetician or salon/spa, ask them if they do acne facials. Facials do help for this and I know that at first, you will notice the acne to be more prominent, however, it is doing what its supposed to be doing. during a facial you will receive a facial massage which is done in the direction of the pores in your skin. This massage works any excessive oils(sebum) out to the surface of your skin. which is what you want. The more you get it done, the better the outcome of your skin. It doesnt do it for everyone but it does help. Also, when washing your face, massage your face in a downward motion, this is the way our pores are, so as you gently wash and massage your face downward, it also helps work any extra sebum to the surface. You can also make a tea mask. Bananas are also good for drying the skin. Look up natural food masks for oily skin. You should be able to come up with a lot of ideas
