I started using this product about a month ago. I moved to the UK and the hard water wreaked havoc on my skin and hair! My skin was totally dry, flaky, and was starting to look damaged. My skin is usually oily and its never been this dry before; even the oily parts of my face had a dull, dry layer. I really wanted to cry some days because i was so ashamed and embarrassed of my skin. My make up wouldn’t go on correctly…
I digress.
I had tried everything from olive oil to expensive, high end “barrier repairs” when I happened on this serum. I figured, “Why not?” I cannot tell you how pleased I am. I feel like my skin has reinvented itself! This product is like little, silky, sweet-smelling drops of heaven for your face.

|Midnight “wonder oil”,
This product was recommended at a Kiehls store. I started using and was hooked immediately. My skin is still a little oily, but I need a night product that will also help prevent wrinkles. This seems to to both! It controls oil – I wake up in the morning with clear, fresh skin. And, yet it moisturizes well enough so that the hints of crows feet around my eyes are less noticeable.
3-4 drops is enough for your whole face, and the bottle lasts forever, which makes it an amazingly cost effective option for a night treatment!!

|Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Serum – JUST OK,
I have been using this for a few weeks and have not noticed any difference in my skin at all. I typically have some redness around the nose & cheeks and I thought this might help to alleviate some of that. No visible difference at all. Skin overall does not look brighter or better in any way. I am sure this is not hurting and I don’t expect any “cream” to work miracles but I heard so many great reviews I thought there would be some visible improvement.
