Question by christen: How do I treat pimples and oily skin?
It’s really starting to bother me, a lot of girls in my grade have only one or two pimples but my forehead is covered with them, plus my forehead and my nose get really oily a lot most of the day. What do I do? I have Clean & Clear Oil sheets and they work for me sometimes but I can’t use them all the time in school.

start eating healthier, stay away from Greasy or processed foods, eat only fresh fruits and vegetables for a month, NO MEAT, substitute nuts like walnuts for meat, if your greasy skin doesn’t clear up by them I cannot help you
