Question by babyblue: Does anyone know of a really effective acne cream or medication?
I have sensitive and oily skin. But I think my breakout is do to all the stuff I’ve been spraying in my apartment. Has anyone tried an acne cream (non-prescription) that really works? And where can I get it? Thanks.

An OTC benzoyl peroxide product will work well.
In all honesty, the ONLY thing that has worked for me is avoiding ALL dairy/milk, and soy. Read the labels of everything and go dairy and soy free for 2 weeks and see if you don’t see an improvement. My breakouts are NOTHING compared to what they were when I was consuming dairy and soy. I still have scars, but they will fade in a while. Occasionally I accidentally consume dairy or soy – and I know it within 1-2 days because i breakout right away. I wish someone would have told me about this years ago… I really suggest you trying it. Or at least Google “dairy soy acne”.
