my skin isnt really oily though, I kinda picked up the wrong one, will it still work for my skin, how long does it take my mom said when she used it, it worked, in a month, but I am fading the dark circle around my mouth, the dark circles under my eyes, and discoloration on my forehead, how long will this be??

Also, when I put it on AM I SUPPOSE TO RUB IT IN, ?, OR JUST LET IT STAY AS LIKE A FACE MASK, ?AND WASH MY FACE IN THE MORNING? Because i was planning on putting it on at night time, before I go to sleep,
