I have used the Clinique acne solutions toner for about 3 months now, and I just stopped using it a few days ago and I seems like the face isn’t as oily. Is it normal for a toner to make your skin oily? Is my skin less oily because I just stopped using it, and if I continue not using the toner my skin will get oily again? What’s the reason?

Sounds like your skin may have changed or you have been using the wrong toner for your skin type to begin with. Get a consultation to learn your correct skin type.
