if you are in india ..the answer to oily skin is lotus matte finish spf 40 .if it gives a mild burning sensation go for gel based sunscreen frm lotus. if you are in a mood to spend money go for neutrogena. yes use of sunscreen depends on ur complexion too. so if u elaborate on ur complexion maybe i wud be able to give proper advice. take care and have fun under the sun.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch. It comes in a pale blue/white bottle at WalMart, etc. I’ve never gotten sunburned with it and it makes your skin feel soft and never oily.
