WHat type of moisturizer is good for oily skin?

Question by Fifi S: WHat type of moisturizer is good for oily skin?
I have oily skin and still like to moisturize in the morning before applyng my foundation. If I dont apply moisurizer my foundation tends to get flaky…otherwise it looks very nice if I put moisture.

I used to use Biore moisturizer specifically for oily skin…it was great but I think its been discontinued. Any other pharmacy finds you guys would suggest?

THank you!

just look at the back of each lotion and look at the ingredients. If it doesnt have any oil of any sort it would be good for you. Hope this helps.

  1. i use cetaphil lotion it works amazing it doesn’t make me break out ever and it totally helps with my dry skin. My doctor reccomended me for it!

  2. I use Mary Kay Velocity lightweight moisturizer and it works great. I have more dry rather then oily skin, but I can get oily skin during the summer. They also have an extra moisturizing lotion that is called oil-free moisturizer. It works really well and I mix it with my foundation to get a smooth flawless look. Also, finding the perfect balence between washing your face and moisturizing it can work perfect. Usually if your face is really dry then it will break out and if it is really oily then it will break out, so finding the perfect balence will prevent break outs and will feel great. Since everyone’s face is different it is hard to find your personal balance, but Good Luck.
