My first answer is salt water. You can mix some in a water bottle and after you wash your face you can dab the saltwater on your face and let it dry.

  1. Usually this kind of thing is due to hormones amongst other things, but the best way to keep it under control is a gentle skin care routine. Stay away from many of the teen products and harsh astringents as these work in the interim, but they actually antagonise the production of oil. The skin is so dried out it then attempts to produce even more oil to compensate.
    The best thing is a a gentle cleanser or facial wash and a gentle alcohol free toner , you can use an oil control cream which usually stops the oil release for several hours. It doesnt have to be expensive just standard store toileteries.
