Using Dove soap worked for me, after a few weeks the moisturizer in the soap convinced my skin that it didn’t need to produce so much oil anymore.

  1. I would suggest you keep your routine simple and do not use to many product combinations.

I would suggest using Jojoba oil on its own. It is particularly good for skincare as it penetrates into the skin and does not clog pores. It can be used on all skin types. It contains vitamin E and antioxidants which are great for fighting aging signs and moisturizing the skin. In addition it is also antibacterial making it great for treating acne breakouts.

    – Apply a few drops of Jojoba oil in one of your palms and and rub both palms together to warm the oil before applying to your face.

    – Massage the oil well into the skin to remove all traces of impurities like your make up, this should take approx a couple of minutes.

    – Then take a wash cloth, wet it in clean steamy water and drape it over your face. Leave it on to cool down and pat off the excess oil off your face gently.

    – Repeat another 4-5 times until you feel you skin is clear of the oil and impurities.

    Hope this helps!
