Question by Kevin Mathis: severe acne treatment / oily skin?
I’ve tried everything, over the counter, to prescription I don’t know what else to do.
I have redness and white heads all over my cheeks, forehead, and REALLY bad under my chin and neck. My skin is very oily and i constantly have to use those oil pads.
I’m 18 years old and its very embarrassing and hard to deal with.
Is there anything out there i can try that may work or worked for you?
Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

I would suggest accutane. It WILL change your life, it is what people turn to when there are no other answers, I would suggest googling it so you can learn both the pros and cons.

Oh my gosh….ACCUTANE! Please take it. I am on it now and my skin has never looked better. Before Accutane I was convinced I had THE oiliest skin in the world. My skin had acne and was practically dripping with oil. And now…nearly ZERO oil and my face gets clearer every day. You must try Accutane, you won’t regret it. I swear!
Edit: person above me says looks at pros/cons…the only con for me is dry lips. But lip chap fixes that easily. Don’t listen to crazy people who complain about 100000 different symptoms they have on accutane. Because I am currently on it and have NO other symptoms than dry lips. Accutane is not some sort of crazy “death sentence” drug like people make it out to be.
