    i have very fair skin and have been using this product for about a month and it does not dry out my skin! It is the first toner I have been able to use with out doing damage to my super sensitive skin

    This has been my toner from my early teen years. It does not dry my skin. It prepares my skin for moisturizer and foundation make-up. I will use it until I die.
