I’ve been making the same toner, but I soak skin-beneficial herbs in the
ACV for a day or two before mixing it with witch hazel. Green tea,
turmeric, lemon or orange peel powder (which I get from an Indian grocer or
Amazon). A few drops of glycerin added to the mixture makes it a bit less
drying.
