  1. For organic, cold-pressed, (my favorite) coconut oil – Nutiva. They also have a 10% off code – NutivaFriend10. I just got another gallon. It’s wonderful. (And no, I don’t work for them or get any money for referring. 😉 ).

  2. I will pick up some from Whole Foods tomorrow and try it this weekend. I don’t like paying 65 dollars for Oil of Olay.

  3. I use coconut oil on my body very single night. I also rub it into my fiancé very night (he secretly loves it lol) I use Tamanu oil on my face and argan oil occasionally. I use what my skin needs. Thx for the great videos!

  4. do you make your own facewash?
if so, could you recommend something..
my skin is very sensitive acne-prone and all store brought products irritate me

  5. I love coconut oil. I very frequently use a little for my hair (a lot when I’m in need), and then, since I already have the oil on my hands, I rub into my hands and nails, my wrists, my elbows, the rest of my arms, and my knees sometimes. In fifteen to twenty minutes, the oil has completely absorbed into my skin and feels terrific. Especially in winter, coconut oil really keeps my hands and wrists from itching due to frequent hand washing.

  6. I would love it if you did these quick “Tip of the Day” or week videos. This is a great video and I want to see more! Thank you Natasha!!!

  7. the coconut oil I use says on the label, unrefined yet it has absolutely NO smell to it… so is the company Nutriva, not telling the truth??? it is cold pressed, virgin organic, or so the label says…….?????

  8. I’m glad you’re back! I usually moisturize my skin with almond oil. I take a tiny bit, rub it onto my skin, let it sit while I brush my teeth and then I take a slightly wet washcloth and dab it onto my face until it still feels moisturized, but isn’t shiny anymore.
